Thermal break line assembly includes three machines

Knurling machine with plastic strip inserter:

(1) inductive switch: auto stop when finishing knurling; when profile close to knurling

knife, knurling knife will start running, which can avoiding knife running always, save

electricity,high safety performance.

(2) Auto plastic film laminator: equipped with automatic plastic film laminator, when

knurling, stick plastic film at the same time, protect profile also can save cost for

laminator machine.

(3) Knurling knife material: mould steel, very strong, each pair of knurling knife can make

150~200 Tons aluminium profile.

(4) Knurling knife size: Φ80mm, 240 pcs tooth.

(5) plastic roller under knurling knife: material: high quality polyurethane, hard-wearing

(6) Digital display: display knurling deepth, knurling deepth can be adjusted.

(7) Knurling steadily: all movable device can be locked to avoid move when running

Crimping machine

After feeding strip,combination between profile and strip not tightly, need use rolling

machine to make them combine tightly

(1) point move : when first start running, point move to adjust suitable position and

suitable pressure for aluminium profile, avoiding profile damage

(2) Steel press roller: mould steel, dia.Φ208~238mm

(3) Up steel roller equipped with digital display, show plastic roller pressure for profile,

also can record history data

(4) Three sets of monitor to show combining pressure

(5) Bended profile aligning device, before rolling, if the profile is bended, in rolling

machine, it is possible to aligning

(6) Three sets of steel roller to combine strip with aluminum profile tightly, the pressure

increase from the first set to the third set, to avoid damage profile because of two big and

too sudden rolling force.

(9) Two kinds of design for steel roller adjusting, small steel pieces filling device or hand

ashake type; small steel pieces filling type is suitable for volume production; hand
