WSM 120 is a Single head manual welding machine designed for joining corners of uPVC profiles without requirement of compressed air.
It has complete lever based system equipped with hand operated clamping system, slide type melting/joining table & push/pull type setting plate. Heater plate connected with thermocouple keeps consistent temperature using temperature controller. Easy adjustable clamp mounting allows profiles with various heights to be welded, Setting plate helps weld/join corners with 2 mm weld seam & completion of melting & joining process is indicated by a LED indicator along with buzzer.
