WSS 120 – is a Single head seamless welding machine designed for joining corners of uPVC frames & sash profiles at 90 degree angle automatically & Intermediate angles set manually.
It has complete automated system equipped with automatic clamping system, slide type melting/joining table & easy setting of plate for 2mm & 0.5mm seam. Heater plate connected with thermo couple keeps consistent temperature using temperature controller. Automated operation controlled by PLC with simple yet powerful sequenced program with simple setting for corner welding procedures. Specially designed heater plate helps and enables welding of wider & high sections, weld support wings holds welding of longer sections.
